I am an ERISA attorney with 30 years experience. I specialize exclusively and comprehensively in ERISA, pension and employee benefits.   My primary focus is on qualified and nonqualified plans of all types, although I work with welfare plans as well.   I’ve started plans, advised on plans, terminated plans, and provided mergers and acquisition guidance.  My goal is to be responsive, available, creative, pragmatic, prompt and efficient.  In short, to provide value added in a very specialized and arcane field.
