Apart from over 16 years in Japan, Himanshu has also worked in Europe and some reputed American companies.
Considering the challenges multinational companies face in Japan, especially for finding talent, the idea of founding ReachExt K.K. took shape. Founded in 2019 ReachExt has become one of the fastest growing Japanese recruitment companies.
