Himanshu comes with a long and rich, diversified experience, spanning Information Technology (both delivery side and business side), SAP Consulting, Industrial Sales, and over a decade’s experience of heading Japan operations of Indian IT companies.
Apart from over 16 years in Japan, Himanshu has also worked in Europe and some reputed American companies.
Considering the challenges multinational companies face in Japan, especially for finding talent, the idea of founding ReachExt K.K. took shape. Founded in 2019 ReachExt has become one of the fastest growing Japanese recruitment companies.
Himanshu has a keen interest in investing and has a quite successful record in investing in stocks. He does not believe in short-term trading and invests for a long-term. |
